recording life:: jan 27 - feb 2 2014

This week was lovely with the Australia Day public holiday, Lunar New Year and lots of shopping.  I just want to say uh.. sorry, to my bank account.  Sometimes, I think my family are bigger enablers than dear Instagram users!

As you can see, I have also been giving this blog a lot of love with consecutive blog posts - but hey, I'm having fun and loving it all.  Especially since my dear sister allowed me to borrow her DSLR camera so I can take some stunning photos just for this wee blog here.

Going to keep this short and sweet.

gotta love hashtags:: #fflovephotoaday challenge, jan 2014

The 31st of January marked the last day of the #fflovephotoadaychallenge.  This challenge was created by the lovely Carla at yayforfridays.  This challenge was mostly aimed at users in the United States, but as an Australian, I thought I would join in on the fun and see what I can do with the daily prompts.

When it's in your diary, it's pretty much official, right?
I was so glad to have printed the image that Carla posted because it acted as a daily reminder.  Also, It's just adorable in its little camera.  I knew I needed some kind of inspiring motivation and this provided it! Carla, you brilliant girl, you!

She also hosted a giveaway to accompany this month's challenge, but as an Australian, I was unable to participate as it is open to Instagram in the US only.   It was lots of fun to see all the inspiring and creative photos that others took of their planners.  I hope you enjoy mine too!
